参考情報
The organization webhook status for failed webhooks is deleted after 7 days. Successful messages are cleaned up after 12 hours. This issue is fixed by removing any failed entries whenever a webhook has been reactivated.対処法
Increase the 'Number of delivery attempts' parameter value to a larger number.
