When a clip is applied to the map, any blend option applied to a layer does not display in the layout in ArcGIS Pro.

This issue is reproducible when a clip layer is applied to the map and is reproducible in ArcGIS Pro versions 3.0 and 3.0.2, but is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro version 2.9.対処法
Remove the clip layer from the map properties, and apply the blend to the layer for the layout to display the layer along with the blend.
