This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Hub. Reach out to Esri Support Services if the issue persists.対処法
When sharing as a web layer in ArcGIS Pro, specify the tiling scheme as ArcGIS Online, Bing Maps, or Google Maps. This results in the hosted tile layer to be projected with the Web Mercator projection, and the issue in ArcGIS Hub does not occur.
