Esri token based security is not defined in the OGC spec and at this time the Esri JavaScript API does not support token based security with OGC services. After publishing to a federated ArcGIS Server, the WMS can be unsecured. Alternatively, the Portal may be set to use Web Tier security, which is supported.再現の手順
