Web applications created in ArcGIS Online fail to open in ArcGIS Enterprise Sites with the error message, "The item ‘Item ID’ cannot be found. The item may have been deleted or you may have entered an incorrect URL."

対処法

Workaround 1:

1. Share the web map created in ArcGIS Online with the Portal for ArcGIS through a distributed collaboration.
2. Add the web map to the dashboard created in Portal for ArcGIS.
3. Share the web map on ArcGIS Enterprise Sites.

Workaround 2:

• Copy the feature layer URL from ArcGIS Online and add the feature layer as an item in Portal for ArcGIS.
• Save the feature layer added as a web map in Portal for ArcGIS and add the same to the dashboard created in Portal for ArcGIS.
• Share the web map on ArcGIS Enterprise Sites.
