対処法
1. Open the file in the Portal machine:
C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\framework\webapps\arcgis#home\js\arcgisonline\pages\accountswitcher-callback.js
2. Change return url replace like below:
-Original file : (a=l?a.replace("http:","https:"):a.replace("https:","http:"))
- Modified file ; (a=l?a.replace("http:","https:"):a.replace("https:","https:"))
