If there is a fixed header at the top of the page, it overlaps the targeted block since fixed elements are positioned on top of all other content. To prevent the fixed header from covering parts of the linked block, add an empty block above the targeted section with the same height as the header, then link the card to this new block instead of the target one directly.再現の手順
