If the geometry is invalid, there is no expectation ArcGIS Pro will draw it. In step 16 of the steps to reproduce, Oracle's own validation method indicates the geometry is invalid. Fixing the data is the solution. When using SQL functions to add data to a feature class, ensure the data is valid.再現の手順
