Using the same dataset, the Create Vector Tile Package tool in ArcGIS Pro 2.1.2 creates a larger vector tile package compared to the vector tile package generated by the older version of ArcGIS Pro.

The Create Vector Tile Package tool is updated through a different ArcGIS Pro release to ensure the tile content and rendering are close to the authored map.
