不具合
Using the query layer created by the Make Query Layer geoprocessing tool as the input for the Make XY Event Layer geoprocessing Tool returns the error message: "Error 000223: Cannot extract event table properties."

Note that ArcGIS 10.8.2 is the current release of ArcGIS Desktop and will enter Mature Support in March 2024 (https://support.esri.com/en-us/products/arcmap/life-cycle). Do not use the Make Query Layer and the Make XY Event Layer geoprocessing tools for the same table.
There are two workarounds for this issue:
- Create a query layer using the menu. Navigate to File > Add Data > Add Query Layer, and use the Make XY Event Layer geoprocessing tool.
- Use the Make Query Layer geoprocessing tool, right-click the layer in the Table of Content, and click Display XY Data.
