Using the expression '<Date Field> is between <starting date> and <today's date>' in the Filter pane for a hosted feature layer automatically resets to the wrong date (30 days into the future) when entering the current date.

参考情報
The user needs to configure service parameters (choose the current time zone), and then publish. In the Share As Web Layer pane, go to Configuration and set the current time zone.
