This is known limitation on the older version of ArcGIS Workforce (version 17.1.0), and there is no plan to fix it there. However, on the new version of ArcGIS Workforce (version 20.1.2) Google authentication logins are working.対処法
Create a new user which is not linked to Google authentication.
