Using Esri Managed Cloud Services and the Coronavirus Vaccine Outreach solution in iOS devices, radius searches do not work until the viewer changes the search distance from the default or toggles a filter on or off.

- View the app through any operating system other than iOS.
- Change the search distance to other than the default (1 mile).
- Toggle a filter on or off in the app.
