Using ‘arcpy.mapping.ConvertWebMapToMapDocument()’ in a localized version of ArcGIS for Desktop renames the active data frame to a localized translation of ‘WebMap’, and if published as a geoprocessing service to an English ArcGIS for Server, the task fails.
