Using arcpy.Copy_management() to copy a feature class with a linked feature annotation layer from a feature dataset in an Enterprise geodatabase to a feature dataset in a file geodatabase results in a crash.

Copy the whole feature dataset and remove the unnecessary feature layers or copy the feature layer and annotation layer separately into the file geodatabase outside a feature dataset. Create a feature dataset move the feature layer into the dataset. Recreate the linked annotation layer by creating a new linked annotation layer in the feature dataset and append the features from the original annotation layer.
