This issue is as designed. As "https://fqdn:6443/arcgis/rest/services/System/CachingTools/GPServer/Manage Map Cache Tiles" should not be used to manage cache tiles. If the cache schema is defined, instead of the URL listed above, the user should use the following URL to submit cache generation and management jobs : https://fqdn:6443/arcgis/rest/services/System/CachingControllers/GPServer/Manage Map Cache Tiles The /System/CachingControllers tool partions cache jobs to delegate jobs to /System/CachingTools/GPServer tools.再現の手順
