不具合
Using a local scene in the ArcGIS Online Scene Viewer shows white strips when the scene is clipped to a local extent and the camera is moved down to nearly ground level.

This is a known limitation of local scenes with clip extent when going underground. This issue cannot be fixed for the time being due to technological complexity. However we will work on supporting underground in Global scenes soon, which might make this problem go away. In the meantime, select brighter basemaps if the maps area supposed to be visualized (a) at such an angle so close to the ground, and (b) in a mountain area. These two aspects (a) and (b) combined make the worse case situation for this problem.再現の手順
