This issue is fixed in 10.3.対処法
These are the two workarounds in ArcGIS Experience Builder:
- In ArcGIS Experience Builder, click one of the polygons on the map. Next to LiveURL, click View. This opens a new tab using the link.
- Open the Table widget, highlight the URL link and copy and paste the link into a browser.
