This issue is not addressed in the version reported. If the issue persists in the current version, please contact Technical Support.対処法
Export the feature dataset containing the parcel fabric to a file geodatabase to perform the upgrade and re-import it into ArcSDE after the upgrade completes.Changing the SQL Server recovery model to simple, greatly improves the upgrade performance within the ArcSDE geodatabase (but it still cannot compare with a File geodatabase (FGDB)).再現の手順
