Updating the maxRecordCount on image services does not reflect at REST, but reflects at REST Admin and in Server Manager.

I believe our support analyst has conveyed the results to you already. The mosaic dataset also has a such property, it is also 1000 by default. so although you've changed to 5000 at server side, it is still going to be limited to 1000 per query. (the service will take whichever is smaller.)再現の手順
