不具合
Updating a sent survey that is connected to a feature service from ArcGIS Server that is federated with Portal (not hosted) results in the following error: "Unable to Complete Operation. Error code 400."

対処法
This should be fixed in the upcoming Survey123 release (2.3). For the time being, hosted feature services are the only workaround.再現の手順
