対処法
Configurable apps must be created from the product life cycle page: https://support.esri.com/en-us/products/arcgis-configurable-apps/life-cycle.
- Scroll to the app to create > Click the hyperlink to open the release notes > Sign in to ArcGIS Online on the new tab > Click Create a Web App.
