Passing values (Including in the editing and viewing modes) to the Survey widget from widgets other than the Map widget (For example, the List widget) is an enhancement to the Survey widget released in the ArcGIS Online 2023 R02 and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 release. This new enhancement is not to be merged back to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 or previous releases.
