This is the expected behavior with standardized queries. Please see the workaround mentioned to use standardized SQL.対処法
- Configure the ArcGIS Server to only allow standardized queries by setting the system properties to {"standardizedQueries": "true"}.
- Use the standardized SQL CURRENT_DATE() function to compose the query.
