This issue is non-reproducible in ArcGIS Excalibur v1.1 following the reproduced steps provided in this issue. Two observation layers are created; one in WKID 3857 and one in WKID 4326. Both layers are available to be selected as existing observation layers to include in a new project. These layers are then added to the same imagery project, where the new observations collected are recorded.再現の手順
