Unable to use the patch notification utility installed with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 with a proxy.

対処法

Use patchnotification.exe installed with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 or ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8. This applies to all components.

1. Copy the patchnotification folder from the install directory of the older version in C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\<component>\tools. The folder contains three files: an application, a batch file, and a JAR file. Copy the complete folder.
2. Rename the patchnotification folder on the machine hosting the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 components.
3. Paste the folder copied from the older installation to the installation directory of the machine hosting ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 components in C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\<component>\tools.
4. Start patchnotification.exe. The proxy settings can be set now.
