不具合
Unable to upload a scene layer package with a size of more than 33 megabytes (MB) to Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1 as an item. The error message, "There was an error" is returned in Portal for ArcGIS, and the following error message, "Error 001887: Failed to create couchdb database" is returned in the Fiddler logs.
