The issue is a duplicate of BUG-000146691.対処法
- Use a view with a filter in the view definition and a view without a filter in the layer in the web map.
- Start editing and only add the attachment. Then, submit the change. Repeat the steps to change the attribute to the desired value.
- Instead of using a filter, change the filtered feature's symbology to 'clear'.
