The nature of running a command in the main application thread is that all other commands are blocked. Notice that the Python window and all other buttons in the View ribbon are disabled. When the main user interface (UI) thread of the application is busy, it is impossible to even launch another command. This cannot be resolved for the Python window, it is the nature of running commands in the main UI thread.対処法
Use Task Manager to force close ArcGIS Pro.
