参考情報

To get the repeat count working on an existing feature service, the service needs to contain a field called _count. This field must be a string and allow null values. If this field exists in the feature service, it is possible to create a survey from the service. Delete the question created for the _count question in the XLS form, set the repeat count value for the repeat in the XLS form, and then publish the survey.
