対処法
- The append item ID parameter is not supported in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1. Use the append upload ID parameter in https://supt0007529.esri.com/server/rest/services/Hosted/append_10_8_1/FeatureServer/uploads.
- Do not set the append item ID parameter.
Note to the supported formats from this REST property: "supportedAppendFormats": "shapefile,geojson,csv,featureCollection,excel."
