This issue is now resolved. Please try again.対処法
- Use current or new personal email accounts for users that are not under the domain @apps.ipb.ac.id.
- Sent the invitation to the users in ArcGIS Online.
- After sending the invitation, ask the users to log in to the account.
- Change the email address of the users.
