Mutipatch feature layer is not designed for direct editing through ArcGIS Online. Users must edit the data in ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap, and overwrite the feature layer. After publishing the hosted feature service in ArcGIS Online, add the scene layer and edit the features in ArcGIS Pro.
