This behavior is no longer reproducible with the latest version of ArcGIS Survey123 Connect. If the issue persists, create a new case with Esri Support Services: https://support.esri.com/en-us/contact.対処法
Remove the null parameters present in the form under the bind:esri:fieldtype, then use a field calculation to populate any blank values for the newly added fields.
