This is because in the template apps we pull the info on which basemaps to display from a request we make to ArcGIS Online to get the info for that org. If you are not signed in to an org you'll get the default values back. In the download use case you can modify the template app to point to the basemap gallery group id that contains the basemaps with polish names.再現の手順
