参考情報
This is configured in a different location in the Organization settings than for map based apps. Go to the Organization tab > Edit Settings > GROUPS > Configurable Apps.対処法
1. Revert the Configurable Apps setting back to "Esri Default"2. Manually share these apps with the group and they appear in the template list by doing the following:Search for the app (e.g. Crowdsource Manager) in the ArcGIS Online search box. Go to the item details page, click Share. Choose the group and then click OK.再現の手順
