参考情報

Creating projects from Esri templates fails in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 or earlier. This is because Esri templates is updated to a newer version of solution items, and earlier versions of the QuickCapture web designer cannot use this newer version. As a workaround, sign in to an ArcGIS Enterprise organization from the QuickCapture website and use the Esri templates.

対処法

Create a template in ArcGIS QuickCapture. This loads the feature services into its respective solution folder in Portal for ArcGIS but the template itself will fail.
Once the layers are loaded, open QuickCapture.
Select create from existing service.
Select the feature service created from the template to use in creating a new QuickCapture app.
