不具合
Unable to collect features offline with Collector for ArcGIS on Windows when the data is not projected and in the WGS84 coordinate system, and the feature layer is published to Portal for ArcGIS from ArcMap using the 'My Hosted Services' connection. The feature collection returns the error message, "Update Failed, Feature is outside your work area."
