Unable to add two secured Web Map Service services (WMS) from ArcGIS for Server 10.3 that use different user credentials from the same domain to ArcGIS 10.3 for Desktop.

It looks like this is a known limit of the underlying windows connection that it wont allow two user connections to the urls that have the “server”. For me this is something that might not be possible to do. Initially when I asked you this question I thought you said, you were trying to connect to two different servers with different credentials and this is not working for you. Let me know if you tried with different servers, say http://psp2/..... and http://mhoque/.... To verify that it is a reasonable known limit (that is not even on our end), try to open IE, use the first url and enter credentials and then try to access the second url, the browser wont allow you.再現の手順
