In ArcGIS Pro 2.6, the implementation for System Toolboxes is changed. Following this implementation change System Toolboxes, can no longer be added to a project's Toolboxes.対処法
Perform any of the following workarounds to resolve the issue:
- Add the toolboxes in the Catalog pane.
- Use the toolboxes directly in the Geoprocessing pane by selecting Analysis > Tools.
