This issue is fixed and will be available with the next ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise update.対処法
- Use the Web Map Service (WMS) service for Maritime Charts. (Example -https://mardemo1.esri.com/server/rest/services/SampleWorldCities/MapServer/exts/MaritimeChartService/WMSServer)
- Open in Map Viewer Classic.
- Add the item as URL in Map Viewer Classic.(https://mardemo1.esri.com/server/rest/services/SampleWorldCities/MapServer/exts/MaritimeChartService/MapServer).
- Save the map.
- Open in Map Viewer.
