Unable to add a KML file to ArcGIS Web AppBuilder in Portal using the Add Data Widget, returns an error message, “Unable to load KML: Internal KML parser error.”

対処法
Workarounds:
- Add the KML file to Contents.
- Open the web app, click the Add Data widget, and click search.
- Search for the KML file uploaded and add it to the web app. The data is added without any issue.
