This issue is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Survey123. If the issue reoccurs, contact Esri Support Services.対処法
When a user first signs in, a token is generated. However, because this uses OAuth, recreating that token using only the ArcGIS REST API is not feasible. The 'Portal Info Token' can also be used from a web hook if using Flow, but it is only valid for about 15 minutes, limiting the ability to send these reports over at a specific time.
