This issue is non reproducible on the latest version of the software. If this issue still persists, contact Esri Support Services and reference this defect's record number.対処法
- Used the OD cost matrix solver on ArcMap and confirmed that the issue does not take place there.
- Use the ready to use OD cost matrix solver on ArcGIS Online. However, this analysis method uses credits and loses the functionality or customability.
