The issue is not reproducible in the latest version of Business Analyst. The web maps and layers workflow is completely changed in the 7.2 version of the application.対処法
In Business Analyst Online, go to Preferences > Web Maps. Click Add under 'Populate Web Maps from:' and add the ArcGIS Online organization URL.再現の手順
