There should be a way for an end user to force a service layer to re-read its definition from the server to update its list of sublayers, without having to delete the service and add it again manually.

対処法

Currently you have to delete the service and manually add it in again (after noting down its server and service name so you can make the connection again in ArcCatalog or the Add Data dialog)
