To activate a new subscription, user must use an ArcGIS account. Google and Facebook accounts are not supported for activation.対処法
1. Create a new undesired username in the activation process.2. Invite the desired public username to the organization.3. Escalate the desired username's rights to Administrator.4. Log in with the desired username.5. Delete the new undesired username from the organization.再現の手順
