This is fixed in future releases and already tested and confirmed in ArcGIS for Desktop 10.4.対処法
Use a computer with RAM higher than the minimum system requirement of 2GB RAM to avoid a crash. The issue stills occurs when pyramids and spatial reference are defined for rasters, but the computer is not crashing. However, mosaic datasets are not useable due to this set up.再現の手順
