The WFS To Geodatabase geoprocessing tool generates extra files in the output file geodatabase, causing subsequent geoprocessing tools to fail.

対処法
In File Explorer, navigate to the contents of the output geodatabase and delete the 'Services_Cache' folder and services.xml file, and run the Copy geoprocessing tool.
