不具合
The Web Feature Server (WFS) service returns the error messages, “The geometry was not recognized” and "operator can't parse geometry" when using a GetFeature request using filters. The GetFeature request fails when spatial filters are applied (contains, intersects,...) but a get capabilities request does not fail. The request comes from an official Esri documentation. This request does not fail with a service published to ArcGIS Server 10.4. This BUG is possibly related to BUG-000115560 which gives the same error messages.
